British telecommunications company to leverage Futurestep capabilities and Korn Ferry IP and broad suite of services
London, October 14, 2015 – Futurestep, a Korn Ferry (NYSE:KFY) company specialising in high-impact talent acquisition solutions, announced today it will continue to support leading British telecommunications company TalkTalk with its recruitment efforts in an expanded capacity under the terms of a renewed contract.
The three-year extension to Futurestep’s existing Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) deal will include middle-market level and executive level searches, as well as employer branding services. Futurestep will also offer contractor supply and third party agency management services to drive greater cost efficiency within TalkTalk’s talent acquisition function.
The partnership began in late 2013 during an important growth curve for the company, with TalkTalk requiring Futurestep’s expertise to enhance its talent pipeline and nurture the skills of existing talent in a highly competitive market. Since then Futurestep has implemented Korn Ferry IP-backed assessments and employed innovative video interviewing technology to drive an enhanced screening process, built talent communities to attract and identify niche talent, and driven internal mobility initiatives to leverage the company’s existing workforce.
“The years of flawless delivery have given TalkTalk the confidence to engage Korn Ferry and Futurestep across a broad suite of services and have positioned us as the trusted advisor and provider of talent acquisition solutions to the organisation,” noted Mark Lee, Futurestep’s managing director of RPO solutions in EMEA.
Commenting on the outset of a more integrated partnership, TalkTalk’s Director of Human Resources Operations & Resourcing Kathryn Heywood added: “Over the past year, Futurestep has successfully supported our recruitment strategy and through a number of continuous improvement initiatives has demonstrated its passion for innovation and dedication to service delivery. Combined with the experience and expertise Futurestep brings with it in the form of parent company Korn Ferry, the decision to continue to work with both companies to support our talent acquisition function more broadly was an easy one.”
